*will update moreYou agree to the terms referenced below by commissioning me.
If you properly discuss it with me, any statement may be revised.1) General Terms
•On a first-come, first-served basis,
but if the customer has not yet paid, I reserve the right to put their draft/sketch on hold or
cancel the commission if they failed to pay the amount on schedule
• I am free to deny any commission request without having to justify my decision.
• Irrational behavior will not be permitted, and any current commissions will be cancelled
immediately if it occurs. The amount of money refunded will be determined by the amount of
work I've completed.
• For more accuracy, clear and precise visual references are highly recommended,
"especially for OCs."
• Once the art is completed,
there are no refund
• I will provide one free revision if the artwork does not reach your standards. Any more than
that will incur additional fees.2) Commission Process• I'll send the client a work-in-progress.
• Sketch - Line art - Colors – Details
• The client may also request the work in progress (WIPs).
• The artwork will be delivered to a single gdrive folder
• Headshots usually take 2-5 hours, waist up takes a day or less and full body would take at
least a day and a half or three. It really depends on the complexity.*I must add that working would be a little slower in my situation; sometimes it would take three months or more depends on the huge number of queue3) Copyright/Usage•Most commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only unless discussed futher,
prices will vary when discussed.• The client is free to repost on any social media platform as long as I am properly credited
(links on my social medias).
3.5) What constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights?
• Changing the artwork in ANY way without my permission.
• Claiming ownership of the artwork as your own
• Earning money from the artwork.4) Payment
• Payment methods include Paypal and Gcash (ph). Please keep in mind that clients must
notify me once the payment has
been sent.• Please wait until I have accepted your commission order before sending any money.5) Refunding

Hi kamii hereThank you for taking an interest in my work, I realized it's not much, but I'm hoping to improve it.
I mostly make art for a living online, along with my younger sister [Moccin], who is also an artist.
